MC is mom to 3 amazing teenagers, a certified fitness trainer with 8 years experience, sweat influencer, health/nutrition pro, and overall fitness enthusiast.

MC's contagious energy and passion are inspiring. Empowering others to fall in love with taking care of their body, their journey of health and fitness, providing the tools and knowledge to transform their health, body and overall wellbeing and enriching others' quality of life is her SWEET SPOT.
MC's method is personalized, distinct and HIGH energy. Her workout experiences are blowing up and sharing her passion for fitness/health with others has made MC's fitness presence HOT in CLT.

MC's method focuses on weight management, aerobic fitness, muscular development, toning and sculpting. She's a an expert trainer in strength and cardio conditioning, TRX, boxing/kickboxing, Tabata, BOSU and CORE strength training to help transform your body.
MC has partnered with the world's leading whole food nutrition company, Fabletics fitness apparel company, and her NEWest and MOST exciting collaboration MC Sweat an online fitness, health & lifestyle community help more clients live healthier, more fit and fulfilled lives. You can join MC monthly for her nutrition challenge to jump start your health.

Located in the hippest location in CLT, MC Fitness Co. Studio is 1000 square feet of sweat inducing badassness. The studio proudly hosts weekly sweatfests of free weights, kickboxing/boxing heavy bags, med balls, pilates, & yoga, body pump, TRX, BOSU, cardio, strength, HIIT, heart rate training & sliders . Sweat is our forte!!! As it says on the studio wall,
