This heart rate training style workout is a combination of cardio and strength intervals in HIIT and tabata style, incorporating free weights, cardio circuits, TRX, BOSU, heavy bags, med balls, kettle bells. You will leave drenched in sweat and burn a ton of calories while being empowered.
