Service Description

If you want a personal trainer and are looking for the BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK, this is IT. Semi-Private training with a group of your friends, neighbors or coworkers. personal trainer come to your location with custom workouts each session to strengthen and tone, burn calories and get you sweating, all while having a blast. Choose the days and times that work best for you. We can sweat 1-6 times a week depending on your groups preferences. This is a killer deal! Personal trainer at your location for a fraction of the cost of private training. MC will bring equipment and sweat inducing workouts to you, customized for any fitness levels, high energy, ever changing, cardio/strength, HIIT, tabata, circuit training, heart rate training and guaranteed to be a BLAST. The value of this semi private training is the personal instruction in a small group setting. Locations (your home, neighborhood, church, park or business). Monday through Friday options. (You can host 1-6 trainings a week) .Bootcamp is 1 hour total - 45 minute workout with warm up and cool down stretching. Bootcamps are $15 per person for 1 hour of semi private training, and can be tailored to your needs. Options for custom bootcamps- 2 days a week, 3 days a week, 4 or 5 days a week morning, noon or evenings, Saturday AM's or group train all week long (5 days) for a discounted rate. Seasonal changes can be made for changing schedules.
