One on One customized personal training. Reach your goals by personal coaching and motivation. Full body conditioning including the essentials of strength training, cardio training, core training and stretching. All training programs include: customized workouts, nutrition coaching, assessments, and monthly progress reports. Customized 45-minute workouts designed to best fit your fitness levels and health goals. Train 2 to 5 days a week and get RESULTS quickly. Personal Training Clients can attend all of MC's fitness offerings at no additional cost.
