Service Description

45 minute weekly Saturday morning SWEATfest combining cardio/strength circuits, HIIT, kickboxing/boxing intervals, BOSU, free weights, barbells, TRX and more. Workout for every fitness level. Bring water and a friend, drop in (contact me) reserve a spot, weekly class. Co-Ed.
